Kids..Call Clark and tell him to bring the family Truckster

Yes It is finally time..The family truckster is loaded and we are leaving Mobile at 11pm. Front Gates of Magic Kingdom when they open in the morning. We will be visiting Disney with the Genard family so the stories should be plentiful.

I hope to post a few updates while we are gone!!

The Chris Rock Hangover!!

Well....

A definite 4.5 out of 5 stars for me. Rock was at his comic genius for almost 2 hours providing his unique take on various topics.

CHRIS ROCK!

Finally here...My favorite comedian tonight at the Beau Rivage. Saw him on his last tour and he is one of the three funniets people i have ever seen.

These are a few of the others..but according to the Rolling Stone feature this month. Rock has his best material ever on this years tour.

Day 39

Did a little different today. We had lunch with some of the grand parents for easter at the Blue Gill. (Grilled Fish Ceaser) We then went to the island to complete the Grand parent slam and i took the clothes and did a little over six miles walk down the bike trails at Dauphin Island. I will be back later to post activity for today. After the egg hunt of course!!

Day 38 Can you see your feet?

Can you stand straight up look down and see your feet? This really does not sound this tough but for the first time in a while i can!! Weight at 208.4 but it seems things are changing.

Been a tough week but i had to put in a easy cardio session today even though not feeling my best.

Big week coming up with Chris Rock on Saturday and Disney the first week of April. I am going to try and hurt myself the next 7 days to get under 200. Probably not likely but is still a short term goal.

Day 33-37 Body Told me I nedded a break.

Sunday was designated off day. Enjoyed Waffel house with cup and 10.5. As Sunday wore on i had some selling in the Knee that bothered me for a few days sos i took a couple of days off.

The week has been hectic so far with Rachel in Birmingham a trip to Baton Rouge for me and the Final Draft of the Reasearch paper Due last night.

We got it done and then put in a solid cardio session today.

Trying to get ahead of daylight savings time. Put the work in this morning between 5:30 and 7:30. Glad it is out of the way.

Big Day for me and 10.5 today. "Big Daddy" or "Willis The Original" has a 60th B-Day party today on the island. Cup can't make it she has work functions this weekend.

Saw semi pro on Thursday...not a true belly laugher but definitely humourous enough..especially for those who have tolled in that arena.

Also got some golf in this week..shot 106 playing everything down and counting all shots. Highlight was two pars.

Dreamland with "b" yesterday might have been minor set back but we put in quality work this morning.

Day 18 I Think!!

Trying to bust out of the funk and get the train rolling again. Got a decent cardio session and some push ups in today.

Worked out today for the first time with Music. Seemed to really help not count strides or continually look at the clock. Did not have a set of routine music but will be trying to set up a few different playlist for the cardio. Here is the first glance at what i am thinking.
