Day 10.5 Sneak one in on the Body!
Well Cup had a power company pow-wow at the Grand Hotel tonight and me and 10.5 wet to the grand parents house for dinner. I had a nearly world famous Willis The original burger so was feeling a little guilty. With 10.5 winding down slowly he still not in the bed..i decided to shock the body and do another session on the eliptical. Did a 30 Min cross training program which is basically just switching from forward strides to backward strides.

DAMN!! Here I am as consistent for 10 days as I have ever been in my life and "The Cup" walks in last night with 15 boxes of Girl Scout Cookies..Holy Shit this will be a huge test as i would normally have at least two boxes over the course of the next week. To help with urge hopefully i went ahead and ate 2 do-si-does..this is it though we must not let these little bitches get in my way.

Day 9 Summary
To answer the BOG's question..definitely have the Myoplex Carb Control Drinks. Of course I listen to Brady Quinn and drink it within 30 mins of workout. To answer Deano's question no so far i have not gone the low carb option just trying to watch the fats and high carb foods...Salads,Chicken,Tuna..and Veggies being intertwined with South Beach bars and Yogurt.

Really wanted a day off today but am afraid if it stops it might stall. So i settled with myself on at least 30 mins on the eliptical and some light stretching.

Day 5 Still On it.
- Day 5 is in the books and i have to admit with the weight just remaining steady it was a little tough to get it done this morning. I may try to put an additional cardio session in later this afternoon.
Not real sure what the strategy is to this point but to just get into the habit of doing something every day. I am trying to concentrate a little on core body exercises to establish a solid base to work from.
I think i have talked myself in to a short term goal of completeing the Azalea Trail Run with an eye on coming in under 1 hour. (Really a strecth but it is on the must do before i die list and i would need to check this one off prior to 40 - 45 so why not start now.)

15 Min Back and Ab exercise (You really want to know what an out of shape inflexible Fatass that you are..just try this.. very telling...half way through i was like NO BITCH i can touch the floor or my toes, but i finished and will attempt again)
