Day 6 No days off right now!!

Really wanted a day off today but am afraid if it stops it might stall. So i settled with myself on at least 30 mins on the eliptical and some light stretching.

10,004 Strides
5.o miles
144 Average (had to get above the zone for almost a minute to make sure i got the 10,000 strides and 5 mile mark)
783.5 Calories burned

Monday will make 7 days and put the first week in the books. Curious to see what happens in week 2. Monday will also bring Day 2 of the push up work out and i can only hope that the pain in my shoulders lessens..these damn things really ripped up my Shoulders and outer pectorals.
