Day 10.5 Sneak one in on the Body!

Well Cup had a power company pow-wow at the Grand Hotel tonight and me and 10.5 wet to the grand parents house for dinner. I had a nearly world famous Willis The original burger so was feeling a little guilty. With 10.5 winding down slowly he still not in the bed..i decided to shock the body and do another session on the eliptical. Did a 30 Min cross training program which is basically just switching from forward strides to backward strides.
