Today`s session in the books and added a couple of new elements to see if we can really do this fitness thing.
10 Min Beginning Yoga (Yes it was absolutly as funny as it sounds..What? His fat ass on a mat....in the downward dog position. Like a good friend of mine says I know comedy and it was pure comedy)
15 Min Back and Ab exercise (You really want to know what an out of shape inflexible Fatass that you are..just try this.. very telling...half way through i was like NO BITCH i can touch the floor or my toes, but i finished and will attempt again)
