Day 9 Summary

To answer the BOG's question..definitely have the Myoplex Carb Control Drinks. Of course I listen to Brady Quinn and drink it within 30 mins of workout. To answer Deano's question no so far i have not gone the low carb option just trying to watch the fats and high carb foods...Salads,Chicken,Tuna..and Veggies being intertwined with South Beach bars and Yogurt.

Day 5 of Perfect Push Up (Counts Off Days)

Pushed the heart rate up a little to get a little more distance and strides..not sure if it helps or not.

HGH is a big no for me Deano. It's not the natural way to age or supress aging. Therefore, it's not meant to be put in the body. I just think you should live, do things the natural way and let mother nature take over and do whats she's going to do. Now a little Botox, Brow Lift, Laser, butt implants, lip augmentation or liposuction is the ticket...no, not really.
