Perfect Push Up Session
Worked out today for the first time with Music. Seemed to really help not count strides or continually look at the clock. Did not have a set of routine music but will be trying to set up a few different playlist for the cardio. Here is the first glance at what i am thinking. I do not have to be in love with a song or artist..if it works it works regardless..
